Giving Community a Meaningful Voice in Cost Containment Policy: The Greater Boston Interfaith Organization and Tufts University Partnership

GBIO has partnered with the Tufts University School of Medicine and its Tufts Health Care Institute to create an educational program involving both in-person and web based education on issues surrounding health care costs.  The intent is to prepare GBIO members to participate in policy debates regarding cost containment so that a knowledgeable patient and consumer perspective is present as cost containment policy is developed, enacted, and implemented.
