School Health Insurance Requirements


Newly Accepted Students

Information regarding health insurance options will be emailed to students approximately two months prior to your deadline. Students are required to enroll or waive by completing an Enrollment or Waiver Form and submitting it by the deadline given:

  • PA Program - December 1, 2017
