TUSM Web Sites
The TUSM Web Communications team provides strategic direction for the development and design of TUSM's public websites. We work with internal departments and offices to create and maintain content across all official sites.
All of Tufts University School of Medicine's websites are considered official publications of Tufts University. As such, they are held to editorial standards and operate within policies defined by the TUSM Web Steering Committee in cooperation with the University's Web Communications team.
TUSM's Web Communications team has the right to remove any content that does not comply with these standards and policies.
Our office represents TUSM web interests at the University level, and works with Tufts's Office of Web Communications and other University groups to define web policies, guidelines and best practices.
If you have a question or concern about tufts.edu websites, Tufts or TUSM logo use or other branding issues, please contact us at email@example.com.
Web Hosting and Publishing
As of fall 2012, members of TUSM's administration will be able to edit, extend and enhance official TUSM websites though OASYS (Online Authoring System and Services), a cluster of web services built around the Sitecore web content management system.
These services include a comprehensive training program for end users and on-demand support for end users.
Our team also provides a wide range of web project-related support, from discovery to content migration.
While OASYS is the supported application and service for official TUSM websites, some sites affiliated with TUSM may be hosted on other platforms, including UIT servers (the Emerald cluster) or Word Press.
Our team provides limited support for non-Sitecore TUSM website projects.
