Research/Areas of Interest:

My research focuses on investigating the roles of regulated cell death using a murine model. Specifically, I am exploring the therapeutic mechanisms of inhibiting RIPK1 and RIPK2 in the Experimental Autoimmune Encephalomyelitis (EAE) mouse model. The RIPK1/RIPK3 and RIPK2 pathways have been shown to have significant effects on neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, and ALS. Additionally, my research aims to deepen our understanding of the pathogenesis of Multiple Sclerosis by expanding on the Cuprizone EAE model and examining the role of exosomes in presenting triggering antigens to the peripheral immune system.
