Attending medical school is the culmination of years of hard work and the beginning of a demanding but rewarding career. From the day you arrive on campus for orientation, your time here at Tufts School of Medicine will be marked by many milestones. These events are rites of passage, shared by medical students across the country and through the years.
Orientation marks the beginning of medical school and an opportunity to get to know your classmates.
At the White Coat Ceremony each student is given his or her first white coat and recites the Hippocratic Oath.
Commencement is our chance to celebrate and recognize all your hard work with you and your family.
