Donations Made by Family Members

models

Often, family members have not discussed their final wishes with loved ones prior to death. That does not mean that they are no longer qualified to become a donor to the Tufts University Anatomical Gift Program.

Family members who wish to have their loved one donated to the program can initiate the process at the time of death.

Please see the form for donations made by next of kin.  pdf

You may wish to refer to the instruction sheet if you have questions about the form.  pdf

Whether or not the decedent is accepted into the program will be contingent on the factors described here.
