All registered students are required to submit immunization documentation.

No, all students are required to submit their completed Immunization File by their given deadline, prior to starting school.

No, there is not a Health Center on Campus. You should go to your Doctor for Medical Services.

You can go to your doctor or to any local pharmacy that provides flu vaccination (CVS, Rite Aid, or Walgreens).

You should make an appointment with your doctor. Otherwise, you can go to any of the following Medical Resources.

You can make an appointment with your doctor. If you do not have a doctor in the area, you can try Mass General Walk-In Unit, they accept most insurance policies.
