2029 Class Profile
The Tufts MD students in the class of 2029 are an exceptional cohort of future physicians dedicated to the TUSM mission and ready to learn the skills necessary to have a sustained positive impact on the health of individuals, communities, and the world. The class comes from 26 states and the District of Columbia, graduated from 84 different undergraduate schools, and has a wide variety of backgrounds and personal experiences. They have hundreds of hours of direct patient care experience and community and health-related service experience, on average, with many taking at least one year between graduating college and starting medical school to gain additional life experiences. The average class age is 24.
