Keith Nokes, MD, MPH
Director

Dr. Nokes received his MD and MPH degrees from the University of Connecticut and completed residency training in family medicine at the University of Rochester in the program's underserved track. He completed a four year National Health Service Corps scholarship repayment at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center—a community health center in Lawrence, Massachusetts—where he has continued to practice since that time. He has served in a number of faculty and leadership roles in Lawrence, including Chief of Family Medicine at Lawrence General Hospital. He currently is Director of Medical Student programs for the health center and a faculty member at the health center-based Lawrence Family Medicine Residency Program, where he directs pediatric training experiences for the residents, precepts residents in the hospital and clinic, and is a PCMH clinical team leader. His interests include care for underserved patient populations, health disparities, and medical student/resident education.

Damian Archer, MD
Associate Director

Dr. Damian Archer is a board certified Family Medicine physician. He is a Bahamian national and 1998 Bahamas National Merit Scholar. He completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada with a B.Sc. Chemistry (Dist.) in 2001 and was a successful MBBS (MD) and B. Med Sci (Hons) candidate at the University of the West Indies, Bahamas Clinical Campus in June of 2006.

After completing his medical internship and Senior House Office duties with the Department of Anaesthesia at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Nassau, Bahamas, he transitioned to the St. Luke's Family Practice Residency Program at Aurora St. Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in July of 2008. He completed his residency as chief resident in July of 2011 and later that year started independent family practice with North Shore Community Health, Massachusetts, USA. In April of 2016 he was promoted to Acting CMO and transitioned to CMO in May of 2017. He also serves as Director of the Medication Assisted Treatment Program.

Dr. Archer's wider interests in medicine include medical education and he is currently the Associate Director of the Sam W. Ho Health Justice Scholars Program and Clinical Instructor of Family Medicine with Tufts University School of Medicine.
