Research/Areas of Interest
To colonize its host, Mycobacterium tuberculosis must coordinate adaptation to local environmental cues with appropriate changes in its metabolism. My project uses both genetic and chemical approaches to elucidate the underlying regulatory network that enables this coordinated response.
