Biography
Kelly Macauley, PT, DPT, EdD, serves as the Director of Curriculum and has 20 years of teaching experience. She earned her BA from Williams College, her DPT from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, and her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Educational Technology. Her clinical background is in acute care and acute rehabilitation, with expertise in intensive care settings. She is a board-certified specialist emeritus in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary and Geriatric Physical Therapy and has advanced training/certification in healthcare simulation. Her research interests include healthcare simulation, curriculum development, and evidence-informed educational strategies that support clinical reasoning and learner development.
