Genomics Core
The Genomics Core provides basic gene expression services for Tufts neuroscientists and other investigators. We provide the following instruments in Stearns 207 for nucleic acid and real-time PCR analyses.
- Nanodrop instrument
- Agilent Bioanalyzer
- Stratagene real-time cycler
Reserve instruments using the Instrument Reservation Calendar.

The Tufts University Core Facility (TUCF) provide services for the analysis of NextGen sequencing results and other bioinformatics projects.
