Our Services
The Sharewood Project is a free health education program that also provides limited health care services. Some services are offered regularly while others are only available at specific times each month.
Sharewood is currently reconstructing our projects and mission under changing circumstances with some of our community partnerships. We are working to modify our website page to better reflect these changes.
-
In past partnership with CHA Malden, we trained our members to administer flu and COVID-19 vaccinations throughout the flu season.
-
In partnership with Gratis Healthcare in Framingham, MA, we have TUSM volunteers that help trained MD physicians in the free-clinic setting. They provide numerous primary care services including point-of-care testing, physicals, sick visits, STI screenings, and other preventative healthcare screenings.
-
We previously offered free dental screenings and are planning on integrating this service into our partnership with Gratis Healthcare. More information to come.
-
Previously offered Women's Health Services and are working on including these services into our partnership with Gratis Healthcare.
-
Our trained volunteers are here to guide you and your family on eligibility and registration for MassHealth. If you need assistance with signing up or would like more information, feel free to email us at sharewood.director@gmail.com or visit https://www.mass.gov/orgs/masshealth/.

Sharewood offers some community health screenings including blood pressure and blood glucose testing.
-
We have trained MD physicians on staff each night to provide diagnosis, treatment and referrals for clients. If you have a sudden or ongoing health problem and don't know the cause, our doctors can help you.
-
We have physicians available for free mental health evaluations and referrals in the Boston area. If you are having an immediate mental health emergency please call 911.
The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24 hours a day and provides free and confidential support to you or a loved one in emotional distress. If you need immediate help, please don't hesitate to call 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-274-8255).
