Research/Areas of Interest
My main interest is the role of the subfamily of dipeptidyl peptidase (DPP)4-like enzymes in the regulation of innate and adaptive immune responses against cancer cells. Using small-molecule inhibitors we are investigating the feasibility of DPP4-like enzymes as drug targets for the activation of immune responses that can specifically kill tumors.
