
Peer Mentoring
We pair a postdoctoral scholar or graduate student mentor with interns to create a safe space for discussing issues and experiences.
Our subcommittee focuses on supporting Tufts Pipeline Programs directed at increasing diversity in the biomedical sciences by providing mentoring programs for undergraduate and post-baccalaureate trainees in our department.

This past summer, we spearheaded a program called Summer@Micro, where we provided summer interns in the Building Diversity in the Biomedical Sciences program with structured mentorship and career development opportunities.
Some of our other activities are highlighted below.
