Explore Our Campus Virtually

Ask students what the community is like at Tufts School of Medicine, and you’ll hear things like friendly, collaborative, inclusive, and diverse. We pride ourselves on being a place where students work hard but always feel supported, where they’ll connect with classmates who become friends and colleagues for life.

The Tufts School of Medicine is part of a Health Sciences campus that encompasses Tufts’ medical, dental, biomedical, nutrition, and public health programs. It’s a compact urban campus, with classroom buildings, labs, and research facilities all close together and easy to navigate.

At the Core of Bustling Boston

Our compact Health Sciences Campus is located in Boston’s dynamic Chinatown neighborhood. The School of Medicine is only a short walk from the beautiful Boston Common, shopping and nightlife, and the start of the historic Freedom Trail.

Our campus is also home to three other Tufts graduate schools, as well as Tufts Medical Center and the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. We’re in the center of an interconnected ecosystem that includes major medical centers, health care thought leaders, life sciences startups, and thousands of other students. Boston is a cosmopolitan, world-class city that is the ideal place to study.
