At the time of death, preregistered or not, the person responsible for making final arrangements should immediately contact the Tufts University Anatomical Gift Program at 617-636-0837.
If the donation is accepted, Tufts University will arrange for transportation to the school and secure the necessary paperwork at no cost to the family. Note that a death outside the metro-Boston region may incur additional transportation expense from local funeral homes.
