Cara Berg-Carramusa
Research/Areas of Interest
Dr. Berg.Carramusa's scholarship focuses on clinical education, professional identity formation, the affective domain of learning and clinical practice, and entrustment judgments in practice.based learning. She is particularly interested in hybrid educational approaches and wellness and well.being in the physical therapy profession to support long.term professional sustainability.

Biography
Dr. Cara A. Berg-Carramusa, PT, MSPT, EdD is from Youngstown, Ohio. She graduated with her BS/ MS in Physical Therapy (PT) from D'Youville University and her EdD in Educational Leadership from Youngstown State University. She is an Associate Professor and Assistant Director of Clinical Education at Tufts DPT-Seattle a component of Tufts University School of Medicine and the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences.
Dr. Berg�Carramusa is a physical therapist, educator, and education researcher with over 25 years of clinical practice and more than a decade of full�time academic experience. Her clinical background spans acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, home health, and outpatient settings, including leadership roles as Director of Rehabilitation and Therapy Services. She currently practices in inpatient rehabilitation, working with medically complex populations with neurological impairments, and previously worked internationally as a clinician and educator in Palermo, Sicily. She a member of the APTA is actively engaged in professional service as a CAPTE On�Site Reviewer, a member of ACAPT's Clinical Education Commission CE Reactor Panel, and Board member of the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board.
