Dr. Damian Archer is the Chief Medical Officer at North Shore Community Health in Salem, Massachusetts and the Asst. Dean for Multicultural Affairs at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is a board certified Family Medicine physician, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Associate Director of the Sam W. Ho Health Justice Scholars Program. Dr. Archer has a passion for developing and supporting inclusive learning and working environments and works at the intersection of healthcare, education and social justice.
