Research/Areas of Interest
Gabriele's program of research emphasizes the in-depth exploration of perspectives and narratives through qualitative research. Her current work focuses on patients' belief about pulmonary rehabilitation. Her research interests also include a wide range of topics related to physical therapy in individuals with neuromuscular disorders.

Biography
Gabriele Moriello earned a B.S. In Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1988, an M.S. in Allied Health from the University of Connecticut in 2001, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Health-Related Services from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010. She has 23 years of experience as a faculty member and 38 years of clinical experience working with older adults and individuals with neuromuscular diagnoses.
