Research/Areas of Interest:
The mitochondrial and metabolic dysfunctions are correlated with the disease pathogenesis in glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Hence, my research focus is to normalize the dysfunctions using AAV-associated gene therapy to treat these diseases.
