Admissions

The Tufts University School of Medicine’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) programs accept applications through the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). To learn more about PTCAS, visit www.ptcas.org.

Students applying to the DPT programs (Boston or Phoenix) should be mature learners due to the accelerated nature of this program. Students who will flourish within this blended-learning curriculum should possess the ability, initiative, and flexibility to learn within online, onsite, and clinical environments.

Admission to either of the Tufts School of Medicine DPT program is completed through a formal application process. All applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution within the United States or an accredited American university operating in a foreign country.

Our DPT programs are based from two different locations, Boston and Phoenix, both which have separate accreditation statuses and admissions timelines. Learn more about each process:
